Presentation of Best Paper Award • 4 Best Papers selected by Program Committee • Each of the three program chairs nominated one or two full papers, resulting in a total of four nominees. • A best paper selection committee was formed by best reviewer candidates, and each member was provided with the four anonymized papers and asked to independently rank them. • On receipt of the rankings, the program chairs averaged the individual ratings. The paper with the highest average rating was chosen for the best-paper award.
