  2. This is the tallest building in the world. It is called the BurjKhalifatower and is in Dubai. I am standing in front of it, it measures 828 metres (2,716.5 feet) and more than 160 stories high.

This is in London and is called The Houses of Parliament. •The Palace of Westminster building was designed by architect Charles Barry and built in the 1840s, replacing an earlier building destroyed by fire. The complex of buildings has over 1,100 rooms. •Big Ben is the name of the huge bell in the Elizabeth Clock Tower. The clock’s mechanism is regulated by adding pennies for weight, and the 4 clock faces are each 23 feet across.

  4. This is a photo of Buckingham Palace I took from the London Eye. •The palace has almost 800 rooms, including 240 bedrooms and almost 80 bathrooms. it started off as a private house built in 1705 for the Duke of Buckingham. It is the Queen’s home in London.
