In September 2007, a survey was conducted among 394 HR professionals to assess the adoption of Snowbird Programs, which allow employees to transfer to warmer regions during winter. Out of 2,922 emails sent, 2,754 were received, resulting in a response rate of 14%. The analysis focused on whether organizations currently offer a Snowbird Program, with 383 participants answering this key question. The findings, determined with a margin of error of +/- 5%, highlight trends in flexible work arrangements and their implications for workforce management.
