Clients spend 10 days with the rēpteam Purpose Products Positioning Presence Partnering People Process Place Planning Profit Commission-ing • Times together for discovery of Kingdom principles for business • On site learning the business, discovering realities, developing strategy, praying • Special sessions as needed to address specific client opportunities • Clients present their plans to re-purpose their businesses on final day

  7. India • We had had a pre-trip, 4 ventures and 2 blitzes in Chennai, Tamil Nadu • Community Development work led by Don and Margie near Chennai • One trip to Kerala, plus a trip by the Cooks Chennai

  14. Michelle DeYoung Arrived in Chennai straight on the heels of the Jakarta blitz and hit the deck running. Fantastic, supportive, “no drama” visiting team enabled complete focus on local team issues.

  15. Flexibility and utilization of everyone’s skills & gifts throughout the course of the Leadership Team Development Seminar. • Birthday celebration one of my most special ever! 

  16. Ibhar Technologies Client member of local leadership team since Venture Two and intimately involved with Rep. Wife now working in the business. Conducted Lemon Assessment with management team. This captured all team’s interest and provides platform for follow-on work. Business expanding into Middle East but has been impacted by “partners” not paying invoices.

Memorable Moments! “Good morning Madam!” – Hotel housekeeping’s comment from behind the shower curtain when one of our local consultants went into her bathroom to wash her hands!” “Be careful of Delhi, they’re ‘Eve teasers’ up there!” – Chennai warning to Kim & Michelle “I’m never late, I’m always there 5 minutes ago!” – Local Indian response to questions about punctuality!
