  5. Target: Distinguished Club Plan x4→2 x2→2 x4→1 x4→1 x2→2 -- 4↑officers attend officers training for 2 times →1 -- collect membership dues and submit officer list→1

  6. DCP Club Recognition 傑出分會榮銜 • Distinguished Club 5/10 傑出分會 • Select Distinguished Club 7/10 精選傑出分會 • President’s Distinguished Club 9/10 總會長傑出分會

  7. 2.Conduct Communication Track (1) What are the programs in the Toastmasters Educational Series? (2)Which TM level did our members achieve? (3) Who are the most possible members to help achieve the DCP? 2

  8. 3.Conduct Leadership Track (1)Be familiar with Competent Leadership Manual(since Jan. 1st,2006). (2)Encourage participation and evaluation. (3)Make a record. 3

  9. 1.Arrange Club Meetings 1 3 2 (1)Prepare club agendas and assign meeting roles one month ago. (2)Invite outstanding TM guests from other group. (3)Create varied programs, including Joint meeting, Club anniversary, Reunion potluck, or Christmas party, and so on.

  10. 4. Plan Ceremonies and Contests • (1)Conduct club ceremonies, including • Induction ceremony, officer election, • and Installation ceremony. • (2)Hold In-house contests and encourage to attend Spring/Fall conventions. Sep.—Humorous & Evaluation contest Mar.—Prepared & Table-topics contest 4

  11. 5.Orient New Members 5 (1)Involve each new member in club activities. (2)Orient the new member to club customs and procedures. (3)Assign a mentor for each new member.
