For UNDER GRAD Level • First 3 to 4 letters for department Name like EDU = Education • NEXT one digit will represent program Level like 0 = undergrad • Next one digit will represent similar grad programs 1= for first program • like BSCS and BSIT. 0 will be first, while 1 will be 2= second program • next program. • NEXT one digit will represent Semester like 1 = 1st Semester • 2 = 2nd Semester • Next two digit will represent course codes from 1 to 99 01 = course (Code In a single semester ) EDU-01101 EXPLANATION Directorate of I.T IUB

For B.ed and PGD • First 3 to 4 letters for department Name like EDT = Education Training • NEXT one digit will represent programme Level like 1 = grad • Next one digit will represent similar programs in dept 1= for first program • 2= second program • NEXT one digit will represent Semester like 1 = 1st Semester • 2= 2nd Semester • Next two digit will represent course codes from 1 to 99 Code In a single semester 01 = course EDT-11101 EXPLANATION Directorate of I.T IUB
