Feedback – what we heard • Our four strategic directions resonate • A focus on all four strategic areas is important • Alignment of Library’s strategic directions with the University’s MCR key goals is very good to see • Partnerships are key, e.g. in “online learning” • Our mission statement still needs work • Some things need clarification • Extent of engagement in Library Review is excellent • Ongoing engagement & communication are critical
