SKYPE INTERACTION WITH BASE I/C’S WEEKLY FOR CHECKING UP THE WORKING STATUS AT BASES. • PHYSICAL CHECKING OF THE TRUCKS THAT ON REPAIRS & ALSO TO HAVE A CHECK FOR NEWLY PURCHASED TRUCKS.
Regular follow up & actions against bad Routes to get them converted into good routes. • Watch on long route services for making them more beneficial to Co. as well as to NFU. • Bring GPS more effective in over all NFU bases by giving them full knowledge which will definitely be beneficial for their base.

(TRK-4594) TOPS-5 : FRT. REVISED OF ROUTE 2AL-2BL, FROM Rs. 46000 TO 47000/- TOPS-6 : GOT SETTLED INSURANCE CLAIM OF RS. 2.06 LACS. TOPS-8 : AFTER INTERVENTION REVISED FRT. ADJUSTED FOR THE ROUTE 2LD-2NO. TOPS-14 : TRK NO. 6478 ROUTE DIVERTED FROM ALD-DEH TO ALD-JAL, THUS AVOIDING HALTAGE.
