  1. Pontoons, Footvalves & Pot Strainer Options From Langsford Water

  2. Pontoons Custom designed for each application for floatation of Footvalves • Borehole submersibles • Dewatering submersibles • or any other application. Foam filled for additional buoyancy

  3. Twin borehole submersibles • Can be tailored for single or multiple borehole submersibles. • Tailored considerations include • Batter angle • Shroud size to suit pump flow, • Dam liner protecting skids • Pump connections. • Anti vortex plates • Suspension depths. • All pontoons are foam filled for added buoyancy.

  4. Specialised pump connections Special pump connectors enable easy access to pump. This is the connection bewteen the discharge line and the pontoon via the shroud. Inside the shroud the pump is attached by way of a Plasson style male BSP poly adaptor for sizes upto 110mm The pontoon/pump is either EF coupled or flanged to the delivery line.

  5. Robust & compact

  6. Heavy Borehole Submersible Another example of a tailor made solution. 400mm diam pontoons suspending a 37kw, 360kg submersible borehole pump. Anti-vortex plate, no metallic parts other than bolts & nuts, keel for liner protection’ sling lifting points and pump flushing points.

  7. Wastewater Submersible Platform pontoon rated to 450kg for suspension of dewatering submersible pump with additional infrastructure mounted on top. This system designed with 50% buoyancy and operates in as low as 400mm of water. Note platform design keeps pump out of mud and is specifically designed for dewatering pump to be hung from metal framework. All pontoons are foam filled. This unit was designed with bevelled skids to enable being dragged out of dam.

  8. Solid twin-wall construction for freestanding in low water and ease of pump maintenance

  9. Design for a Tsurumi Submersible

  10. Standard Pontoons & floats Foam filled and designed to suit the buoyancy and special lugging requirements.

  11. Platform Pontoon Platform pontoons for any application.

  12. Footvalve Options Poly footvalves to suit various applications including saline water, sump installations, shallow pumping and water vortex issues. Poly and stainless steel screen options with all valves being fully serviceable. QR levers and spring loaded options.

  13. Leaf & lint pot Strainers Can be constructed to suit existing pipe work and flow rate considerations. Poly and stainless steel components making suitable for all swimming environments. Features include; Basket material and hole size options, hair catcher options, viewports and lightweight but sturdy lids for easily accessible lid removal.
