  3. Introductions • Please state your: • Name • Interests in this area • Software? Electronics? Mechanical? • Level of experience • What you want to get out of the club • Quick description of any projects you’re currently working on or want to start

  4. Club Setup / Organization • Do we want to have Officers? (President, VP, Secretary, Treasurer?) • Meeting place, frequency, times? • Do we want to: • Have group projects? • Hold Competitions? • Do Community/School Outreach? • How do we draw in more members? • Rules / Meeting agendas? • Set up a Web site? (meeting minutes, presentations, etc) • Should we charge dues? How much? (can hold off for now)
