Golder provides Owner's Engineering and Advisory Services to energy owners, operators and developers to support development, permitting, construction/retrofit contracting, ongoing operations and project financing efforts. Typical project services offered are listed below and tailored to meets the client’s needs: EBC Solar Matchmaking • Feasibility Evaluations • Technology Selection • Conceptual Engineering for site selection • Utility Transmission Line Integration • InfrastructureIntegration for fuel, water, sewer • Major System Process Design, including material and energy balances • General Arrangements of building, equipment and site boundary interfaces • System Descriptions • Engineering Support for land use and environmental permits • Development of Geotechnical specifications and site data. • Major Equipment Specifications and procurement scope documents. • EPC or EPM specification and contract documents. • Administer the bid process, evaluate bids and provide award recommendations. • Review selected drawings and procedures. • Construction monitoring and/or construction management. • Commissioning and performance test verification and witnessing. • Punch list management and project close out. • Support proponents in their discussions with independent engineers and financial institutions. • Engineering, design, project/outage supports services to operating facilities for improvements, major replacements and environmental upgrades. • Due diligence reviews for development project or operating facility acquisitions. • Integrated system design, O&M, performance, environmental permit compliance, and organizational effectiveness reviews for operating facilities.  GOLDER ASSOCIATES, Inc.
