Article 219 It obligates the facility and its branches to perform regular inspection on work shifts specially on hazardous work areas. 27. سداسلا بابلا تايوتحم CHAPTER 6 CONTENTS يب نيمأتو ةينهملا ةحصلاو ةملاسلا ةزهجأ ميظنت تآشنملاب لمعلا ( ةداملا 228،227 ) Organizing Occupational Safety and Health Organizations and Saving Work Environment in Facilities (articles 227 and 228) ةحصلاو ةملاسلل ةيفيظو ةزهجأ ءاشنإب صتخت ىهو فورظ ثحب ىلع لمعلل اهبيردتو دعاوقلا عضوو ةينهملا ضارملأاو تاباصلااو ثداوحلا بابسأو لمعلا لمعلا بحاصل ةمزلم ةنجللا تارارقو اهعنمب ةليفكلا تاطايتحلااو . ةئ   227 ةداملا  ) ةنجلو زاهج ( تآشنملاب ةينهملا Article 227 It is concerned with constituting functional organizations for Occupational Safety and Health in Facilities (organizations and committee) Those entities will be trained to review work conditions, injuries and accidents reasons, and occupational diseases. 28. سداسلا CHAPTER 6 بابلا نع ةيونس فصن ةيئاصحإ لمعب تآشنملا مزلت ىهو شنملا اهل عباتلا ةلماعلا ىوقلا ةيريدم ةافاومو تاباصلإاو ضارملأا اهب ةأ عبرأ للاخ ةأشنملاب عقت ميسج ثداح يأب ةيريدملا غلابا كلذكو 228 ةداملا  هعوقو نم ةعاس نورشعو . Article 228 It obligates facilities to make semi-annual statistics about diseases and injuries and inform Work Force administration to which the facility is affiliated. 35. PENALTIES FOR VIOLATING CHAPTER 5 AND EXECUTIVE DECREES Article number 259 in Labor Law number 12 for the year 2003 stated the following:  Violators of law and its executive decrees regarding Occupational Safety and Health and saving work environment are punished by locking up for a period not less than 3 months and a fine not less than L.E. 1000 and not more than L.E.10000 or both penalties.  Both penalties will be mandatory if the crime led to death or serious injury.  The fine will be duplicated if repeated and the owner or who represents will be responsible for paying financial penalty together with the accused person.
