Staff Recommendation: Board vote to approve expenditure of $15,000 from the EPC’s Pollution Recovery Fund for the purpose of funding mini-grants through the Community Partner Program, and authorize the Executive Director to approve award of the mini-grants and execute the PRF agreements.
