  3. FIXED APPOINTMENTS • FIRST APP. • Revision of Tx Plan • Get xrays of area to treat • PA • Periapical condition • Root morphology • Endodontic status - possible Endo consult • Bite-wing • Bone level • level of previous restorations • Future location of finish line

  4. FIXED APPOINTMENTS • FIRST APP. • Periodontal Approval • Clinical examination • Radiographic evaluation • Get signature in the form • If surgery required follow instructions • Book app. With Margaret @ MFC

Obtain Informed Consent signed from patient

  6. WORKING-UP THE CASE • On mounted Dx cast • Identify type of occlusion • Identify related problems • Working & non working contacts • Wear facets • Areas with traumatic occlusion • Alterations on the plane of occlusion • Malpositions, etc.

  7. WORKING-UP THE CASE • On mounted Dx cast • Diagnostic Wax-up • Bring back area to ideal • For provisional fabrication
