    1. Case presentation Hypertensive Retinopathy Dr. Ramya

    2. History 41 yr old gentleman presented with complaints of decreased vision in the left eye since 2 weeks He gives a history of injury to the left eye with a small stone 2 weeks back blunt injury for which he was treated with steroids and antibiotics elsewhere Reports with him show that he had hyphaema post injury which was now resolved sudden onset decrease of vision ,not progressing, noticed after the injury. No history of loss of consciousness, vomiting, transient visual loss post trauma.

    3. Systemic statusno history of DM , HT , any other systemic conditions Personal history-no relevant personal history

On examination Visual acuity 6/6 N6 Lids normal Cornea clear AC normal depth Pupils brisk Lens clear IOP by applanation tonometry 12mm Hg Visual acuity 6/60 N24 Lids normal Cornea macular grade opacity corresponding to site of injury AC variable depth Pupils posterior synechiae+, pupils middilated Iridiodialysis+ temporally Lens clear IOP by applanation tonometry 4mm Hg
