  • While choosing a pathway beyond year 12 is difficult, there are many available pathways.
  • Access to these pathways is becoming more flexible and open over time.

Year 12 students need a normal year.

  • How do you keep it normal?

Regular Sleep

  • 9.25 hours a night

Study time

  • (37.5 hours per week?)
  • School - attend all lessons
  • Home - at nightand /or weekends

Social Life

  • In balance with the rest of their life

Regular exercise

  • Sporting clubs often provide organised exercise and a social life.
  • An individual exercise routine may be appropriate.
