Small Grant Proposal Criteria Requirements • Written proposal describing applicant’s interests, experiences and past successes and state other sources of funding or in-kind support; demonstrated partnership(s) with other organizations or communities • 4 categories of focus: Youth Leadership, Cultural Promotion, Women, Literacy, Honouring Veterans, Cultural Activities and Policy and Research
