  10. 对减振器设计和制造的几点意见 1.减振器的技术指标: • 工作环境温度:-45℃ → 50℃ • 工作寿命(台架试验):1.5m/s → 106, 2.0m/s → 105, 3.0 m/s → 104 • 高速特性:1.5~2 m/s 的阻尼力 • 侧向力:→ 整车设计 • 温度特性:→ 油特性 • 抗泡沫:Am=100mm, 2m/s 100行程 • 阻尼力公差: ±20% → ±10% → ±7% • 防错:弹簧盘设计
