Phase 1 Implement Peoplesoft HCM system to manage and maintain the entire employee life cycle (Hire to Retire) Implement business process for electronic applicant recruiting Implement a solution to accept resumes online Integrate “job search” application with Peoplesoft HCM Genesys system will be discontinued Maintain the Focus reporting for the duration of transitional mode and deliver the foundation HCM Datamart Peoplesoft HCM system will keep the existing integrations intact with SA system and Core-CT system Replace HR/Payroll Winja application functionality (view paycheck, view benefits, view demographics, view emergency contact, student payroll authorization process) History will be converted based on business need HCM Implementation - Scope
