IOOS RFQ Process for Conceptual Design and Cost Estimate

In this process, 2 contracts were awarded to Lockheed-Martin and Raytheon to develop conceptual designs, cost estimates, and viability narratives for IOOS. The designs recommend a service-oriented architecture and common infrastructure services, aiming to advance to a preliminary design and implement initial DMAC infrastructure. Participants include Federal, Ocean US, and NFRA representatives.
