Recipe #2:Glazed Carrots Directions: Get a pot and fill it up about 1/5 to 1/4 full of water . Pour 2 cups of chicken stock into the pot. Put a tbsp. of butter in the pot. Put a tbsp. of brown sugar in the pot. Add salt to taste. Let glaze heat until starting to boil. While the glaze is cooking, start peeling and chopping the carrots into coin size pieces. (The amount of carrots depends on the size of your family.) Put all of the chopped carrots in your glaze. Put the cover on the pot and let boil for about 15 minutes until the carrots are soft.
