  • Implicit or explicit consent of the victim of crime is immaterial. [Section 2 (h)]
  • Payment of any remunerationin lieu of services or labor of the victim shall not be treated as mitigating circumstances while awarding the punishment. [Second Proviso of Section 3 (ii)]
  • The plea, if any, taken bybiological parentof the child shall not prejudice the commission of offence under clause (iii) of section 3 of the Ordinance.
