Data Warehouse Users' Group Meeting, May 16, 2002 Changes to Data Warehouse Tables: Acceptance Date and Fiscal Year will be added back to the DOC tables Empty fields will be removed from DOC, LED and SUM tables Some name fields will be removed from the SUM tables (type, category, group etc.)

Data Warehouse Users' Group Meeting, May 16, 2002 Changes to the following reports have been migrated to production to limit the reports to current data only: ODW434R1 - Pre-encumbrances, Encumbrances And Job Expenditures And Charges, By Job Number ODW438R1 - Detail Status Report For Annual Appropriations ODW438R2 - Detail Status Report For Biennial Appropriations ODW440R1 - Summary Status Of Annual Appropriations By Fund ODW440R2 - Summary Status Of Biennial Apprs By Fund ODW440R3 - Summary Status Of Appropriations By Fund Category ODW440R4 - Summary Status Of Biennial Approps By Fund-cat ODW442R1 - Annual Appr/budget Detail By House Bill Number ODW442R2 - Biennial Appr/budget Detail By House Bill Number

Data Warehouse Users' Group Meeting, May 16, 2002 Work Order 12320, Project 5/Subproject/Phase not on LED_CR table: Assigned to DIS to add missing fields to LED_CR and LED_JV tables Ready for implementation this weekend Financial Data Warehouse will not be available on Saturday until approximately 10:00 AM LED_CR and LED_JV tables will be unavailable all weekend

Data Warehouse Users' Group Meeting, May 16, 2002 Work Orders 12243 and 12262, Problems running personal reports: Saved personal reports on the front-end that won’t run because of punctuation in description fields will need to be deleted and recreated Saved personal reports that would not run again after being created and saved will need to be recreated
