M&S online job application • Applying for an online job at M&S you will need to; • sign up first • answer set of questions • fill in an application form • If the application form is successful you will be called in for an interview in branch
M&S telephone job application • When you call M&S application line you would be asked 21 questions, there will be 3 options given to you if answered correctly you would be transferred to another member of staff and they will ask you for your details and tells you what needs to be done next • If application is not answered correctly they will tell you that you are not successful and that you shall call back in 6 months.
M&S Interview • If the applications have been accepted you will be called in for an interview in the store firstly you will be given set of cards to put them in order this will show your organising skills. Then you will have a mini role play. If you are successful you will be interviewed on that day, this will be a one to one interview which will be based on you and your cv. If you are accepted for this position then you will be having a 3 day training induction day.
