  2. Add funds via credit card: Use link “ Credit Card Deposit Request” Enter REQUEST for transaction to be processed - by end of business day

  3. Confirmation of transaction to ‘Member Messages’ … Successful credit card deposit notification

  5. Review ‘Reports’

  6. More about ‘Reports’ Transactions UPLOADED during the current calendar month

  7. Deposits: via check, credit card, wire, or fund transfer from another library Deposits RECORDED during the current calendar month

  8. … ‘Reports’ Summary of account activity for a period greater than one month Summarized accounting information for a period greater than one month

  9. … ‘Reports’ Account statement for a specific month – other than the current calendar month

  10. Report your LEND activity via the TRANSACTION PROCESSING link UPLOAD file or MANUALLY ENTER transaction data

  11. Docline FileBuilder, QuickDoc, Clio or Illiad Select your saved file then UPLOAD

  12. OR - Manually enter transactions – includingrefund/credits - using the EFTS loan editor

  13. After all data entry, select ‘View Pending Uploads’

  14. If satisfied, click ‘Upload Transactions’ 1 1 No problems or errors

  15. Successful transactions post in ‘Reports – Current Month Activity’ All Uploads and Manually entered transactions during the current calendar month
