  5. KOSTNADSDELING • Drift innenfor eksisterende rammer • Bibliotekene betaler en prosentsats av sine ”disponible” budsjettposter • Innsparinger på kjøp av fysiske media? • Økte inntekter fra eksterne kilder til felles prosjekter?
