  4. Random Function • MIS : 최대 70 개의 Notification 처리 • Agent : 0 - 8 의 Notification 발생 • 1’st Order Bessel Function 의 특성을 갖도록 설계. • Agent 에서 발생된 Notification (한 개의 NE 당 0 - 8 개 발생) 를 보낼 경우, MIS 에서 Drop 된 Notification 수를 측정.
