Pay $120 class fee to Building Registrar • Assignments • Thoroughly answer Chapter Assessment questions • Use complete sentences • Submit in one Microsoft Word document in size 12 font • Each new chapter needs to start at the top of a new page and include the student’s name, school and chapter Course Requirements
Online Access *Go to mheonline.com*Click on Connect Ed (bottom left of page)*Create a new account*Under students, enter the redemption code ZW9E-WNMR-ZRZO and click register*Fill in your first name, last initial and click finish*Write down your user name, password in a safe place and click continue*You will not have access to the user name & password again.

Fitness Log • Complete 75 hours of physical activity • Parent verifies • Use the form that was handed out tonight or posted on our websites Course Requirements
Acceptable Fitness activities: • Individual, Dual or Team sports • Exercise/Fitness classes • Any exercise that gets the heart rate into the target heart rate zone (24-28 beats for a 10 second pulse count). At this level of exercise, students should be breathing hard. • Activities/sports that include a coach/trainer who will verify fitness levels and time commitment • The intent is that students are getting a good workout and are achieving or maintaining a healthy fitness level. • Please contact me if you have questions
All materials must be received by: April 30, 2014 • 1. Coursework is delivered to the office in a manila envelope with the name “Ms. Swanson” clearly indicated on the envelope. Coursework cannot be turned in electronically Course Requirements
