  11. All current clothing catalog and clothing shelf items in JUMS will be deleted and replaced with a standard list on 31 July 2017 Don’t panic! Uniform issue as you know it, is going to become a simple and fast task.

JUMS 4.10 Release Revise current JUMS functions • Manage Supplies / Clothing / Clothing Adjust Shelf • Name change to “Maintain Clothing Shelf” • Remove all clothing items currently listed in unit clothing shelf • Repopulate with all authorized Cadet clothing items • Correct clothing search function to allow search on a single criteria • Auto reset search menu after each search is completed

  27. JUMS School Year Change Over The JUMS school year changes over on 1 July each year. In order to have functionality of the JUMS application the "School Year Set-up" requirements must be completed annually. Scroll down this page to the "School Year Setup" table and complete the annual requirements in the order they are listed. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to Chapter 2of the JUMS User Guide.

  28. Select the green hyperlink to complete each item in order, once an item is completed the next hyperlink becomes visible. Complete all items on the list

  29. After the new school starts I have to input ALL of my unit clothing inventory into JUMS. Even if this works, it will take FOREVER… Stop whining Homer ! Entering your beginning inventory should take 5-7 minutes….Your Cadet S4 can enter the information for you!
