  2. Please stand for the pledge: I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

  3. Please remain standing for the Texas Pledge: Honor the Texas flag: I pledge allegiance to thee Texas, one state, under God, one and Indivisible. Please be seated for a moment of silence

  4. Tardies: Policy • Warning • Lunch Detention • 1 hr Detention • 2 hr Detention • 1 day of EC Each tardy over five will accumulate extra days of EC. Please be mindful to be on time! Students: Today marks the beginning of a new Six Weeks interval. We would like to encourage you to make it to school on time as well as to each of your classes in a timely fashion.

  5. Cheerleading Tryout Camp • When:TODAY-Thursday, March 27th   • Each Day from 4:15 PM-6 PMWhere:  Main Gym • If you have a previous commitment with the school such as band, choir, track, etc., that will prevent you from coming for one of the tryout camp days; you MUST inform Coach Knott immediately.  Otherwise, it is MANDATORY that you attend each day of tryout camp.   • At tryout camp you will be learning and practicing the cheer and dance required for tryouts.  You must make sure to have a ride ready to pick you up ON TIME every day after tryout camp.

  6. Cheerleading Tryouts • When:  Friday, March 28th   4:15 PM-UntilWhere:  Main Gym/Practice Gym • For tryout day, you will stay after school and practice your routines in the main gym.  While you rehearse and wait; we will be taking prospective cheerleaders in groups to tryout before judges.  When all prospective cheerleaders have finished trying out; scores will be tabulated and you will be told whether you made the squad or not that same evening.  We do not have a end time for this tryout day because we do not know how many prospective cheerleaders will be trying out and how long it will take.  You need to prepare a ride ahead of time that will be ready to pick you up immediately when you call to inform them that you are finished.
