Advanced Techniques for Spinal Manipulation in Right Lamina Contact

This guide outlines the proper positioning and technique for performing spinal manipulation in the right lamina contact (RLC) on a patient. Begin with the patient resting on their left side, ensuring the right side is up. The stance line aligns with the inferior segment's zygapophyseal slope. Approach the patient with shoulders level to the slope, keeping the right ulna parallel to it. Apply anterior-superior contact on the zygapophysis, utilizing an A-P, S-I tissue pull with clockwise pre-torque and 90° toggle torque for optimal cervical motion facilitation.
