Transition to Oregon Achievement Compacts • PPS has measured progress at academic Milestones since 2007-08. • In 2012-13, PPS aligned its Milestones with the Oregon Achievement Compacts, backmapping to 2011-12 to make a year-over-year comparison. • The following report includes: • The Achievement Compact targets as reported in October for the previous year, as the state requires. • The school district’s Milestones metrics, posted after the state released graduation rates in February.
