Conclusions • Lithuania is in pre ecosystem stage – thought very active stage; • It is important to strengthen all ecosystem actors – to have full “value chain”; • In order to scale collaboration and co-creation between all ecosystem actors should be achieved; • Lets join and build world wide networks.
