  • For Transit of High Risk Areas
    • If your vessel speed is 10-18 knots, use the Gulf of Aden Group Transits
    • For vessels faster than 18 knots, transit between 47ºE and 49 ºE during the hours of darkness
    • For vessels slower than 10 knots, contact UKMTO for routing guidance
    • Send position reports to UKMTO at ukmto@eim.ae daily at noon
