Ofsted gave us “good” because: • Learners develop good skills • Learners complete their qualifications within timescales • Excellent employer partnerships are at the heart of our successful provision • Tutors are very adept at planning their lessons • Provision contributes to raising the skills for the workforce across Lincolnshire and beyond National Centre for Food Manufacturing

Not yet outstanding because we need to: • Formally inform learners of how we respond to the feedback they give us • Identify achievement gaps for learners of different genders or ethnicities • Share good practice • Ensure our self-assessment identifies all our strengths and areas for improvement National Centre for Food Manufacturing

  5. Skills for Life Overview During 2013-2014 we: • delivered 29 courses to 14 employers • enrolled 336 learners • taught 598 qualifications of which: • 479 English • 120 maths National Centre for Food Manufacturing
