Hire and Train Your Way • You hire, you train, we pay. • Participation is simple. You agree to hire, train and retain employees and we reimburse you up to 50% of their wages (up to 6 months). • You choose. • The hiring decisions are yours. You can select your own candidate or we can do the recruiting for you. • Training for success • Training is tailored to your business needs and is not limited to specific job types. We can help you set up a training plan that you organize and conduct at your workplace.
It’s Easy and Affordable • Is every new employee eligible? • Training participants must meet the Workforce Investment Act eligibility criteria. We’ll take care of determining eligibility. • How long does it take to set up? • Just a few business days, depending on the employer/employee response time. • How is the reimbursement calculated? • Reimbursement is based on wage level and training difficulty as determined by the Dept. of Labor • When do I receive the training reimbursement ? • Submit an invoice to receive payment within approximately 3-4 weeks.
