  2. Erasmus Mundus External Cooperation Window 和CONNEC之间的关系 • CONNEC是安特卫普大学获得欧盟委员会审批的伊拉斯莫世界之窗 连接框架中一个项目——即连接欧洲与中国。 • 安特卫普大学的伊拉斯莫世界之窗连接欧洲与中国项目旨在促进欧洲和中国的大学生、研究生、科研人员和教师的双向交流和流动。 • 原则： 促进交流、理解与合作 重视公平-性别、经济条件、地理分布、身体状况 • 项目共有210指标： 120 中国 欧盟 (target group 1) 55 中国 欧盟（target group 2 & 3） 35 欧盟 中国

  3. 对中国申请者的资格标准 CONNEC项目接收中国的本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生、博士后、教师或者管理人员等。 • 申请人必须有中文国籍，并对课程的教学语言（英、意、西等）能够充分的掌握 • 申请人必须在中方合作伙伴大学中(target group 1) 注：1. 申请人可以属于非合作伙伴大学或应该已经取得了中国高校文凭（ target group 2） 2. 特定情况下，出于政治或经济因素，抑或自身的健康状况的问题，对申请者酌情考虑（ target group 3） （注：不同目标群组所申报程序不同）

  11. Management - organisational structure 管理-组织架构 • 选拔委员会(4 + 1) = 主席团代表1名 ，欧盟国家伙伴学校代表2名 + 中国伙伴学校代表2名 (学科-文理各1名) • Selection committee (4 + 1) = Project coordinator, representatives of 2 EU + 2 Chinese institutions (various disciplines)

  12. 选拔流程 1. 网上申请（2009.11.10，2010.2.1） 2. 学生所在学校审验学生信息 3. 接收学校决定录取与否 4. 学生所在学校提出名单排序（selected list & reserved list） 5. 选拔委员会确定最终名单（selected list & reserved list，2009.12，2010.3） 6. 名单报送欧盟获得批准 7. 签订资助协议（学生与UA-项目主席单位） 8. 录取学生寄送所有申请材料原件，得到录取通知书 9. 签证、派出（2010.1-2010.9）

  14. 合作伙伴大学 • 安特卫普大学受权协调该项目共 15 个欧洲伙伴大学和中国伙伴大学的联络网。其中的欧洲伙伴大学有 8 个，中国伙伴大学有 7 个。 • 该项目力求实现其目标：促进欧中伙伴大学之间的互相了解、 合作与共同发展。

  21. Academic recognition 交换生 出国前确定到host institution的选课，并制定学习计划/学习协议（三方） 承认/替换学分-教务处

  25. 抵达后 • 接受学校会： • 组织欢迎仪式 • 提供寻找住房信息和帮助 • 入学指导，尽快融入学习生活 • 所在大学与城市的相关注册手续 • 发放生活费 • 解决日常生活/学习问题
