Vi kan justere vejen til målene. Vi kan vurdere om talenteleven er klar til talentholdet. Evalueringen kan foretages som midtvejsevaluering, hvis talenteleven viser forandringer. • Talenteleven motiveres. • Talenteleven involveres/ejerskab. • Talenteleven får synliggjort målene. • Ikke talenterne kan få svar på hvorfor de ikke er udvalgt.
