  1. SERVICE LIFTS

  2. CONTENTS… • Introduction • Technical Specification • Maintenance • Advantages and Disadvantages

  3. Introduction • Service lifts are much smaller than passenger lifts or goods lifts and can thus be much more discreet.

  4. They come from a history of discretion, descended as they are from the dumbwaiter which was used at a time when servants needed to be neither seen nor heard. • They also are not as common as the other types of lift . • They can be found in restaurants, home, hotel and indeed offices.

  5. Maintenance • This service lift system eliminates the need for regular maintenance (at least once in four years), just clean inside the lift (everyday) while hygiene is the most important thing.

  6. Advantages Disadvantages • Make the life of workers easier. • Smooth-running. • Take up a minimum of space with a maximum of load carrying capability. • Quiet and efficient high-power motor. • Easy-clean. • Shaft doors will only open if lift has arrived. • Lift will not operate with any door open.

  7. THANK YOU 
