  1. Recommended Actions • Approve the proposed reallocation amendment to the City’s FY 2009-2010 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Funding and Action Plan. • Adopt budget adjustments in the FY 2010-11 budget to increase appropriations and revenues in HCDA fund 32 to reflect the adopted CDBG reallocation and authorize the Finance and Technology Department to assign reconciled appropriations and revenues to the proper programs and accounts. • Authorize the Community Development Director to execute new Subrecipient Agreements or amend existing Subrecipient Agreements, as necessitated by the reallocation of 2009-2010 CDBG funding.
