  4. How Does It Work? • The energy flows through the body's meridians and unblocks areas of built up emotional energy • When the energy flows more normal the body’s problems go away

  5. What is Reiki Used For? • Can be used for pain • Helps body systems • Helps balance life energies • Biggest effect is in relaxation

  6. Other facts • Need to believe that Reiki will help you in order for the energy to flow correctly • 3 levels: Reiki 1, Reiki 2 and the Master Level
