AWP Field Trainers (PSM Supervisors and Process Specialists) • Completion of ART each year (2007-2009) • Formal discussion of real world challenges and solutions to AWP problems in the field (discussion lead by Training Department personnel during a 2007 PSM/Training Update Meeting) • Self-study of AWP Student Handbook • Knowledge test (administered at Training Center) • Performance tests • Boom Lift Performance Test • Scissor Lift Performance Test

  3. AWP Operators • Completion of ART each year (2007-2009) • Self-study of AWP Student Handbook • No knowledge test • Performance tests • Boom Lift Performance Test • Scissor Lift Performance Test

  4. Certification • Renewed for three years • Training recorded in Plateau • No certification cards issued
