BELL - comes from the Latin word Meaning “war”. • Bellicose - warlike, aggressive, quarrelsome • Belligerence - aggressiveness, combativeness (belligerent) • Rebellion - open defiance or opposition, sometimes armed, to a person or thing in authority • Bellow - to roar deeply or utter in a loud powerful voice

  3. Belladonna • Belladonna is one of the most toxic plants found in the Western hemisphere. Children have been poisoned by eating as few as three berries. Ingestion of a leaf of the Belladonna can be fatal to an adult.

Each god helped create her by giving her unique gifts.According to the myth, Pandora opened a jar (commonly referred to as Pandora's box) releasing all the evils of mankind— greed, vanity, slander, envy, pining— leaving only hope inside once she had closed it again.

  13. Primitive –Belonging to an early stage of technical development; characterized by simplicity and often crudeness • ????? • Log cabin???? • Primitive and adventurous or way to simple to enjoy?

Cred –to believe • Credence – (n) The mental attitude that something is believable and should be accepted as true (Spreading of gossip only gives credence to false and damaging information) • Credulity – (n) The tendency to believe too readily; gullibility (The little girl showed her credulity by believing her older brother’s every word.) • Incredulity – (n) Doubt about the truth of something; inability to believe something

Eu – well, good, or true • Eulogy - a speech or piece of writing that praises somebody or something very highly, especially a tribute to somebody who has recently died • Eugenic – relating to or fitted for the production of good offspring (Eugenically designed) • Euphoria – feeling of well-being or great elation (Euphoric feelings) • Euphemism – use of an inoffensive word for one that may offend
