Fraunhofer RepDose Database on Repeated Dose toxicity(Available on-line January 2010) • RepDose currently contains quality-assured data on sub-acute to chronic toxicity from nearly 2300 studies on 655 chemicals. The data sources include well-known review series like WHO-EHC and German MAK, and original study reports (e.g. NTP). • The RepDose website (www.fraunhofer-repdose.de) includes a tool with standard queries, can be used for the evaluation of categories and the development of integrated testing strategies. • A companion database ‘FeDTex’ on fertility and developmental endpoints is under construction. FeDTex will enable the evaluation of reproductive toxicity data, in particular NOELs/LOELs on fertility and developmental effects, of presently 100 chemicals. INTERN
