Educational Requirements

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is seeking candidates for Air Traffic Controller positions. Applicants must have at least six CXC or GCE subjects, including Mathematics, English Language, and a science subject, along with two passes at GCE A-Level or CAPE. The recruitment process includes interviews, a general entrance examination, and an aptitude test. Successful candidates will undergo extensive on-the-job training at the CAA Training Institute. Employment Possibilities:- The CAA recruits on a regular basis through advertisements The CAA offers scholarships on an average of twice per year to suitably qualified candidates In its recruiting process the CAA reviews from its list of applications on file In the near future the Training Institute will be offering fees-based ATC training to the general public
