  1. HP Spectre x360 Learn if the HP Spectre x360 is the Laptop for you HP developed around a year ago a singular laptop. The Ultra Book, the HP Spectre x360 series was introduced at the MWC 2015. It was announced as the best versatile laptop at that date. The question is if today it is still a viable option. The specifications are still useful. You will get a powerful laptop, but not the latest technology anymore. That doesn’t mean it is not helpful. The line has two options to let you choose the most suitable size for you in full HD. You can make a choice between 15” and 13”. The technology used for the screen (Quad HD OLED) is still the latest available on the market, and you will find the graphics display fresh and vibrant. Optionally, you can also get the touchscreen for any size, but it is expensive, and we do not recommend it. You could get a better laptop for the same price of the upgrade to a touchscreen. On the many options, you can also choose from different generations. i5 and i7. Also, the hard drive disc comes in a convenient Solid Stage Drive ranging from 128 GB up to 1 TB. RAM memory is recommended at 8 GB, but for more power, you can upgrade to 16 GB. For a light choice, we recommend the 13” size, which is less than 2 kg, suitable for traveling. It is also a very slim laptop with only 15.9 mm for any size you choose. BestLaptopGuides.com Page|1 of 3

  2. HP Spectre x360 The price is not as small as the size of this notebook. It maintains at $1000 for the less equipped option and grows up from there. It is a beautiful laptop if you like fancy gear. However, it can become expensive when you add all the upgrades. To give you a better idea of how competitive is this laptop in today’s market, we have prepared a comparison with some similar options from other vendors. Dell XPS 13 against the HP Spectre x360 Competition from the HP Spectre x360 might not be as fair. Dell includes touchscreen by default, whereas the HP Spectre has it as an optional feature. Graphic presentation and battery life are lower for Dell. All other features are similar, except for the transforming features. Also, HPs design is most stylish compared to Dells. MacBook Pro against the HP Spectre x360 The MacBook Pro has a similar look to the HP Spectre. They both look great, and the main difference is the logos. For those who love Mac, that is something unbeatable. But regarding performance and computer power, HP is still a little bit higher than MacBook. Some people think that the secret of MacBook is not performance anymore, but the OS, which for some is superior to Windows, coming on the HP Spectre. Features like the keyboard design and touchpad are preferred for most Mac users. The MacBook Pro also holds a superior audio, which is the poorest thing on the HP Spectre. The MacBook resolution is also higher, with a screen of 2304x1440 pixels. Those two last things beat the highest performance of HP, who needs to make some design improvements to beat Mac the next time. BestLaptopGuides.com Page|2 of 3

  3. HP Spectre x360 Surface Pro 4 against the HP Spectre x360 Under the 2-in-1 hybrid classification, the Surface Pro 4 is the equivalent option of the HP Spectre x360. Physical specs such as size, weight and portability are equal. The specs of the Surface Pro 4 are slightly higher, but not that much. The HP Spectre will perform similarly. The choice of these two options would come more from physical looks and price. Final Words At one year of launching, the HP Spectre x360 remains strong on the market. It is still competitive, and if you chose to get one, you might have 2 to 3 years of life with its full performance. Of course, that should come at a price, and it is still expensive. However, the odds are that you will most likely find a great offer for the HP Spectre x360 instead of one of its most recent counterparts. BestLaptopGuides.com Page|3 of 3
