A total of 23 states are currently open for registration in the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program. These states include Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Connecticut, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
