  2. Grading and Placing Carton Eggs Directions: There are four cartons of eggs in this presentation for students to evaluate. The objective is for students to be able to identify defects and to place the cartons of eggs. This exercise is to prepare students for the Poultry CDE section on placing cartons of eggs. In the CDE, the carton of eggs may have several defects. For this exercise, click on the name of the most prominent defect(s) of each carton of eggs.
