How We Get Sponsors • Think about someone who you think would appreciate the mission of our team • If it is a company, research and gather information about what they do and who they are • Find out where they are located and how you can contact them • If it is an individual, find out how you can contact them
If it is a Company... • Research and gather information about what they do • What kind of company are they? • Find out how you can contact them • Phone Number • Mailing Address • Principal/Employee Name and Position • Contact either me, Dr. Rogers, or Akmaral and let them know you have a company in mind who you think would be interested in sponsorship
If it is a Company... • If we say yes… • If we have their email… • Send them an email telling them who we are and that we would like them to sponsor us • Offer to present to them • If we have their address • Mail them the sponsorship letter • Call to inform them about who we are and that we have sent them an email • Keep in touch with them
