  2. Why a Side Entry Tank Mixer? The GalaxyProcess side entry mixer is the most efficient energy converter in fluid motion. In contrast to jet mixing systems, they do not experience significant energy losses at the pump, in pipes, in bends, or more clearly at jet nozzles. In addition, investment costs are lower and access to internal components is not limited, while the problem of frequent and urgent maintenance of tanks to be emptied and cleaned is eliminated. The gearbox provides positive oil lubrication for all rotating components, resulting in low noise and maximum heat dissipation. There is no risk of lubrication and overheating errors, which can occur with circulation pumps. All bearings are open cage types with an ISO and ANSI life of more than 44,000 hours.
